Abstract

The subject-matter of this bachelor thesis is the protection of personality and personal data publication. The first part defines basic terms and relations of this problem. The second part deals with legal resources for personal rights and data protection and the legal remedies. Together with the civil means of protection, it refers to the remedy of public and constitutional law. The third part of the bachelor thesis is concerned with the risk factors of this problem. The final part of the bachelor thesis completes the subject with special protection subjects, such as the juvenile persons or legal entities which are also provided with special protection by the legal order. The concluding part of the thesis evaluates the protection of personality and personal data publication problem; it evaluates the current state of legal regulations and it refers to the upcoming proposal of a new civil code.
