Regenerace části panelového sídliště Máchova-Dvořákova v Novém Jičíně

The subject of my thesis "Regeneration of panel housing the Macha-Dvorak in Novy Jicin" is processing a proposal to improve housing panel housing, which has not been adjusted for many years and longer meets the requirements of today.

Based on the analysis of the current state've identified a serious problem in the territory and, in its proposal, I tried to remove it. This is essentially a solution to insufficient capacity and parking lots, landscaping, creating new areas for leisure activities of various age groups of the population and improve conditions for waste disposal.

The proposal itself is drawn in one variant and designed to be understood by the city and its inhabitants. Part of the indicative price estimate costs. Design is influenced by the ambient public squares, which are partly regenerated.
