Rezervační systém pro atraktivity v cestovním ruchu

Abstract

The thesis deals with the reservation system for tourist attractions in the tourist region Northern Moravia and Silesia. The main aim of the thesis is to find out if both operators of tourist attraction and the general public will be interested in a reservation system and to find out its advantages and disadvantages. The reservation system would integrate most of the tourist attractions in tourist region in one complex. The Marketing research was carried out through an electronic questioning. Respondents were selected by a technique appropriate judgment in case of operators of attractions and by a random selection in case of schema_dspacedb. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with the theory of the subject and the detailed characteristics of the study area. The practical part contains an evaluation of the marketing research concerning both the operators and the schema_dspacedb. A next part is a summary of key findings and final proposals and recommendations. The gained results can be helpful in designing and implementing of an integrated reservation system for tourist attractions in Northern Moravia and Silesia.
