Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to propose the overall revitalization of the residential enviroment in the Karviná-Nové Město district and the creation of new forms of housing that will combine the availability and attractiveness of living in the countryside, and at the same time in close contact with the city. The new housing solution will aim to improve social conditions, safety and community life in the area for all age categories and improve the image and attractiveness of this part of the city of Karviná.
