Abstract
Bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of education and development system in the selected organization and proposal of measures leading to greater efficiency of educational activities via questionnaire. The results are compared with current educational trends and the needs of the organization. The theoretical part provides a comprehensive description of the whole educational process and the development of its significance, using various teaching methods and evaluation of their effectiveness.
