Podnikatelský plán na založení klubu pro trénink Brazilského Jiu-Jitsu

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of elaboration of a business plan for the establishment of a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) training club in the Moravian-Silesian region. The aim of the thesis is the creation of a business plan for a specific club and its implementation in 2025. The actual plan is developed using selected tools, namely market analysis (PEST and SWOT), financial analysis, revenue forecasting and risk analysis. It also includes a development plan including short, medium and long-term goals. The results of the sub-analyses are summarised into an overall recommendation, which suggests that the club should choose to rent space in a local school due to lower costs and focus on intensive marketing to build a membership base. Another recommendation is to create a financial reserve for unplanned expenses and invest in the quality of training. Overall, the business plan is assessed as feasible with potential for long-term growth.
