Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on updating the operational manual for the Local Water Supply of Lipová-lázně, including a comprehensive assessment and management of risks (WaterRisk) according to the latest European Union requirements that are reflected in Czech legislation. The goal is to adapt the operational manual to current legislative standards and the increasing expectations of the public in terms of drinking water quality and safety. The work analyzes current legislation, identifies areas requiring updates, and proposes specific solutions for the operational manual. The result is a comprehensive operational manual for the water supply system that clearly defines all aspects of the water supply operation, from technical specifications to monitoring, security, and administrative procedures.
