Abstract
The aim of this diploma paper is Customer Satisfaction Measurement of the Provident Financial Ltd and to use marketing research for determination of satistaction or dissatistaction with existig services.
The theoretical part contains customer theory of satisfaction. The subsequent chapter focuses on brief characteristic of the Provident Financial Ltd and its marketing mix, competition and environment. In the next chapter, I conducted Customer Satisfaction Measurement with existig service in the Provident Financial Ltd. In the last chapter suggestions and recommendations, resulting from the analyze of the research, are made for the Provident Financial Ltd.
