Abstract

This thesis assesses an influence degree of instalment of the Fire Protection Appliances (FPA) on tactics and effectiveness of fire fighters' intervention when fighting fire in the mass car parks, especially the underground ones. The assessment is mainly dealing with those incidents where the projection regulations do not mandate these FPAs even though the particular spaces are considered to provide difficult conditions for the fire fighters' intervention.
