Abstract

The subject of this Bachelor thesis is Log periodicYagi-Uda antenna. The first part of my Bachelor thesis describes the basic characteristics and parameters of antennas. Then the work addresses description of Log periodic and Yagi-Uda antennas. Furthermore the work describes LPY antenna and differences between antennas mentioned above. Next part of this work deals with design and simulation of LPY in 4NEC2 programme. Penultimate part of this work addresses practical realization of the antenna. Finally last part describes the correctness of design, verified by measuring selected parameters of constructed antenna.
