Komunitní plán rozvoje sociálních služeb ve městě Odry

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce „Komunitní plán rozvoje sociálních služeb ve městě Odry“ je zmapovat potřeby občanů v oblasti sociálních služeb. Teoretická část je věnována procesu a charakteristice komunitního plánování, zákonu o sociálních službách a vymezení jednotlivých typů sociálních služeb. Praktická část se zabývá vyhodnocením první etapy komunitního plánování sociálních služeb a analýzou současného stavu prostřednictvím realizace marketingového výzkumu. Výzkum je proveden formou dotazníkového šetření. Na základě výsledků šetření byla navržena konkrétní řešení směřování priorit následující etapy komunitního plánování sociálních služeb.

The subject of the final thesis „ Community development plan for social services in the town of Odry“ is to map the needs of inhabitants in the field of social services. The theoretical part is dedicated to the process and characteristic of community planning, the social services act and also to the definition of particular types of social services. Practical part deals with the evaluation of the first stage of community social services planning and with the analysis of current state by means of marketing research realisation. The research is conducted through a questionnaire survey. Based on the results of the survey, there were recommended particular solutions of routing priorities of the next stage of community social services planning.
