Abstract
The aim of this graduation thesis was determination of the value of the company and on its base to evaluate financial position and propose some measures to improve. The graduation thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is an introduction. The second part describes the theretical bases for determination of the value of the company and financial analysis. The third part is focused on the application of selected methods in company. The fourth part is devoted to suggestions and recommendations. The last part is a conclusion which summarizes the whole graduation thesis.
