Abstract

My Bachelor thesis deals with the teacher’s motivation and the job satisfaction in elementary schools. The goal of my work is to answer which factors affect teachers' job satisfaction, how teachers perceive their work. My Bachelor thesis consists of two main parts. My thesis consists of two main parts. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts, motivational process, types of motivation and motivation theory. The second part is practical, when an anonymous questionnaire was used to research the current state of motivation in the organization. the conclusion of the thesis includes research findings and recommendations for the organization.
