Privátní vila - Jánské Koupele

Abstract

The subject of this bachelor thesis is an elaboration of project documentantion for a private villa. The design of this object is based on an architectural and urban study of the locality „Jánské Koupele“ in Staré Těchanovice, which were dealt with in a subject of Architectural Design I. The project of the Private villa in Jánské Koupele was further developed in a subject Architectural Design Va, in which a Documentation for building permission was created.

The object is a newly built private villa designed for four member family. It´s a three-storey building and its characteristics are angled shape and setting in a hillside. The axes of the buidling are oriented so as to achieve the greatest possible sun exposure, and they are directed to the view of the Jánské Koupele complex.
