Polyfunkční dům v Moravské Ostravě

Abstract

In terms of this diploma thesis is processed project dokumentation of polyfunctional house for construction, according to announcemnet No. 499/2006 Coll. for construction documentation. In the wording the decree No. 62/2013 Coll. and according to law No. 183/2006 Coll., novel No. 225/2017 Coll. Construction law in actual hearing. Diploma thesis is devided to text part and drawing part. New construction of polyfunctional house does not have basemnet and have two above ground floors. This object is semarately standing and is devided to caffee house and administative space. Roofing of this bulding is solved by flat vegetation roof. The supporting structure is created as prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton with filling by walls. Founfantion of skeleton is on prefabrikated flaps. Polyfunctional house is located in cadastral area of Moravian Ostrava. In static part of this documentation I focus on simplified static review of chosen supporting structures. Documentation also concludes studies object, thermal technical assessment, energy label of building envelope, developted according to ČSN 73 0540-2 and calculation of inside staircase.
