Abstract
This thesis focuses on options of biowaste processing and its other utilization. There are described technological methods of dealing with biowaste such as composting, vermicomposting and fermentation. Experimental part is focused on company OZO Ostrava s.r.o. which deals with collecting and handling of waste. This part is mainly focused on describing how does collecting of waste works and also on composting of biowaste in Ostrava-Hrušov.
