Lokalizace deliktů v dopravě a prostorová analýza jejich výskytu

Abstract

This thesis is focusing on solving special type of crime offenses which are committed in relationship to transport networks. Theoretical part describes criminality in general, then possibilities of evaluation of criminality, issues of criminality in traffic and localization using linear referencing at first. Data which are processed are from years 2010 – 2011 and 2014 – 2015 in the city of Ostrava and in the whole Czech Republic. In thesis, the new method of linear localization is designed and offense are localized by this new method. Part of offenses is localized using linear referencing. Results of localization are evaluated in terms of precision and accuracy and in the last part of thesis offense are analysed in relationship with characteristics of transport network and transport characteristic of public transport. Relationships and dependencies are searched between number of offenses and characteristics, results are evaluated by statistics.
