Abstract
Company, organization and institution needs for performing their determined objective qualified employees. In these progressive age are require to employees more and more higher request to their grade of knowledge, skills and abilities, in casual with Science and Technology development. To person be successful on the labor market, he had to constantly educate, learn and develop his own potential. In practice we usually meet with deveoplment and educate employee through emploeyers, which are appreciate that for performing their determined objctive they no needs only material and financial resources, but mainly quality and professional prepared human resources.
Thesis is devide to three key part. In first part, teoretical, there are defined basic term, there is describe cycle and nowdays method of education and development which are used in practice with using avaliable literature.
In second part of thesis is present PEGATRON Czech company and analyse their system of employees education and development.
Third, practical part, is focus on analyse specific education course, which was organized for line management and their contribution for line managers.
The objective thesis is analyse how PEGATRON Czech company create education and development system for their employees and evaluate contribution of education course, which was organized for line management at the end of 2014.
