Abstract

Education and Development of Employees is one of the important areas of human resource management. Education belongs to the fundamental objectives, but at the same time also the results of modern society. The aim of my diploma thesis was to provide suggestions and possible arrangements for educational system in Tieto Czech, s. r. o. in Ostrava. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part I deal with analysis of education itself. In the practical part I analyze systematic training cycle in the company and my own research. Research is to ascertain the views of employees on the current state of education in the form of a questionnaire. In conclusion there are specific suggestions that the company can use to improve the learning process.
