Abstract
This bachelor thesis solves the marketing strategy of the restaurant and pension U Zběhlíka. It focuses on the basic marketing concepts of the communication mix, such as PR, advertising, market segmentation, and SWOT analysis. The last part is devoted to the journalistic use of the given issue.
The aim of the thesis is to find out what skills the restaurant and the pension U Zhlíhlíka use to get its shop in the knowledge of the customers. Which marketing elements it uses and whether it is targeted properly.
The result of the work is the discovery of marketing skills in the restaurant and pension U Zhlíhlíka. The author of the work for the restaurant has developed a SWOT analysis and has made some recommendations that she considers to be correct. The analysis has shown that restaurants have minimal advertising efforts for their customers. Therefore, there are several suggestions for solutions. The last part was dedicated to an introductory article, an interview, a poll and a review.
