Abstract

The main task of the desired thesis was to construct a residential building project documentation for building permit and part technology with current standards. The work was focused on the construction technology walled envelope specified object. The main structural system of the ceramic Porotherm T Profi filled with mineral wool. Residential building consists of one underground floor and three upper floors. In the basement are storage areas for owners of residential and utility room. On each floor there are located four residential units, a total of 12 apartments. Entry to the building is oriented to the south, access to the floor of the main staircase. The building is finished flat roof drained inside layout.
