Abstract

Bachelor thesis in theoretical section first characterizes the small and medium enterprises. It describes what essentials should have a business plan. Then it characterizes various forms of business in the Czech Republic. In the practical part it deals with the establishment of the company from an administrative point of view. The main part is the preparation of a business plan for start up of the fictitious company Fotoateliér HappySmile, s.r.o. There are mentioned basic information about the company. It describes the organizational structure of the company. The next section provides a marketing mix. Finally, the paper deals with the financial plan of the company.
