Abstract
This thesis deals with test probe for automatic monitoring of transmission parameters in mobile network. This topic I have chosen, implementation is the part of the solution.
At the beginning of the thesis I deal with theoretical analysis of theme, especially I am doing analysis of factors which affect quality of service for mobile technology GSM, UMTS, LTE. Next part of the thesis consists of draft and solution of application for operation system Android, which aims to automatically measure the current value reached by the delay and transmission speed in the mobile network. The results are automatically sent to a remote server. The solution also features a watchdog on hardware and software level and testing of application in the real GSM, UMTS and LTE networks including knowledge which I found out during the solution of it.
The result of this thesis is the test probe realised by an ordinary mobile phone and the Arduino platform, which is applicable in practice and much cheaper than commercial products.
