Abstract

This Diploma work deals with the problems of selection and adaptation of employees in organization, concretely in Dalkia Česká republika a.s. company. The fundamental aim of this work is to make an analysis of selection and adaptation of employees in this company and find out some possible imperfects of this system. The analysis was made by questionnaire, which gave me a view of employees on these problems. The Diploma work is divided into two parts, theoretic part and practical part. In the first part I deal with theoretic determination of this issue. Second part is oriented on characteristics and analysis of selection and adaptation of employees in Dalkia Česká republika a.s. company. I react on results of questionnaire by suggestions and recommendations for further development of employees selection and adaptation, which should be realized to improve existing problems.
