Regenerace okolí kina Petra Bezruče ve Frýdku-Místku

Abstract

The aim of my diploma thesis solution is to create a regeneration of the Petr Bezruč cinema neighborhood in Frýdek-Místek. The newly designed urban – architectonic solution of this urban settlement comes out of experience with some already regenerated estates. Solving of my diploma thesis use by handicapped people, reconstruction sidewalks, replacement of street furniture, solving the estate greenery and new children playgrounds are taken into account. The starting sources for processing the design were the Frýdek - Místek town plan, the land register map and also experience with the regeneration of housing estates in ours. The final part contains global calculation of costs that are needed for creating the designed solution.
