Abstract
The master thesis deals with analysis of a general practitioner´s accounting and impacts of the business change from individual entity to legal entity. The accounting of general practitioners and specifics of their profession, including the possibilities of the business change to another legal form are characterised in detail. The goal is to evaluate which legal form of business and the option to business change is more suitable for the general practitioner and to recommend it.
