Analýza nákupního chování zákazníků nákupního centra

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of shopping behavior of shopping center customers. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to describe and analyze the shopping behavior of customers of the shopping center OC Frýda in Frýdek-Místek and comparable differences of these aspects depending on the identification questions. Data are processed using CAWI methods. Proposals and recommendations for shortcomings were made and processed through research.
