The subject of this master thesis is a project for the construction of a multifunctional house with the design of heating and ventilation equipment for the building, including the design of a heat source using renewable energy sources. The documentation is prepared in accordance with Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. [1]
The thesis is divided into two parts.
The first part consists of the documentation of the architectural and structural design of a three-storey building of a multifunctional building in the scope of HVAC needs.
The second part contains the documentation of the design of the heating and ventilation system for the specified part of the building of a multifunctional building, including the design of the heat source using renewable energy sources, calculation of the thermal performance of the building, calculation of the hot water demand, thermal technical assessment of the structures and the energy performance certificate of the building. It also includes a basic economic evaluation of the investment and operation of the proposed heat source and an assessment of daylight in selected rooms.
