Analysis of Teamwork in a Selected Company

The Master thesis deals with the analysis of teamwork of call centre operators at LCN GROUP Ltd. The aim is to analyse the teamwork of members to improve their cooperation. The thesis is divided into several parts. The first section provides theoretical concepts concerning the basic characteristics of the team, the formation of the team, team effectiveness, teamwork and teambuilding. The theoretical part is followed by the practical part, which makes use of the survey analysis of teamwork. The analysis is focused on team goals, their availability and feasibility, the team management, results and success of the team, the problems and conflicts in the team, the team collaboration, sharing of ideas between team members and relations in team. Based on the analysis results are suggested recommendations that could contribute to the effectiveness of teamwork, and to improve interpersonal relationships within the team.
