Abstract
This work describes 30 selected sites of engineering geological surveys in the Moravian-Silesian and Zlín regions. This bachelor's thesis is divided into five parts, which include the introduction, natural conditions of the area of interest, engineering geological conditions, evaluation of 30 localities in the Moravian-Silesian and Zlín regions, and the conclusion. In the introduction, the goal of this evaluation is described, including the necessary knowledge that is important for this description. The next part of the bachelor's thesis deals with natural conditions, which include geomorphological conditions, geological conditions, hydrogeological conditions and climatic conditions of the given locality. In the next part, namely in engineering geological conditions, the classes of extractability, foundation soils and genetic types are evaluated. The next chapter consists of an overall evaluation, in which the most frequently occurring genetic layers and classes of foundation soils are described. Furthermore, this chapter describes how difficult it is to separate rocks in terms of mineability classes. The last chapter consists of a conclusion, in which there is a summary of the engineering geological situation at the given locations.
