Tepelný komfort příslušníků HZS ČR při nasazení odřadů v nepříznivých klimatických podmínkách

Abstract

The main goal of this thesis is to analyze and design suitable personal protective and technical equipment to ensure the heat comfort of the members of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic during the module missions in unfavorable climatic conditions. The first part of the thesis briefly summarizes the basic information about the activities of the FRS CR and its modules. In the second part, the FRS CR and civil protection modules are presented. The third part contains an analysis of personal protective equipment of members of the FRS CR, members of specialised groups and members of USAR and WASAR detachments. The fourth part describes selected missions of detachments. The last, fifth part is devoted to the evaluation of the sufficiency of the existing equipment with regard to thermal comfort of the members intervening in extreme conditions. Based on the obtained findings, the thesis presents an optimal equipment design.
