Využití popelové složky pro stavební účely po zplyňování hnědého uhlí ve zpracovatelské části Sokolovské uhelné, a.s.

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce popisuje problematiku využití vedlejšího energetického produktu, v tomto případě generátorové škváry a její využití ve stavebnictví. Úvodní část je věnována procesu zplyňování hnědého uhlí. Následně je popsáno zpracování, redeponizace a využití škváry ve zpracovatelské části Sokolovské uhelné. Dále je hodnocen přínos komerčního využití vedlejších energetických produktů ve stavebnictví. Závěr je věnován ekonomickému zhodnocení.

This thesis describes the topics concerning the usage of an energy by-product, in this case the generator slag and its usage in construction industry. The first part is devoted to the process of a brown coal gasification. Subsequently the thesis describes processing, redeponisation and the usage of slag in the processing part of the Sokolovska uhelna. The effect of commercial usage of the energy by-products in construction industry is evaluated in the next part. The conclusion is devoted to the economic evaluation.
