Hodnocení technik analýzy pohybu z video signálů v rámci bezpečnosti

Abstract

Uvedená diplomová práce byla cílena na zhodnocení vybraných matematických metod, které jsou schopny automatické detekce pohybu osob na reálných video signálech. Byly zde aplikovány vybrané algoritmy. Následně u nich byla vytvořena jejich databáze a hodnocena efektivita. První část se zabývala obecným popisem právní úpravy této problematiky, technickou strukturou video signálu, byly zde uvedeny rešerše a výběr jednotlivých algoritmů. Druhá část byla vyhrazena pro praktickou stránku práce. Byly zde uvedeny zvolené algoritmy, výsledné grafy a detailní popis vykonaných úkonů pro správnou funkčnost matematických metod. Výsledkem bylo zhodnocení efektivnosti daných metod na základě vložených hodnot.

The thesis aimed to evaluate selected mathematical methods capable of automatically detecting human motion in real video signals. Selected algorithms were applied and a database was created for them, and their effectiveness was evaluated. The first part dealt with a general description of the video signal, literature research, and the selection of individual algorithms. The second part was dedicated to the practical side of the work. Selected algorithms, resulting graphs, and a detailed description of the performed tasks for the proper functionality of the mathematical methods were presented. The result was an evaluation of the effectiveness of the given methods based on the inserted values.
