Abstract
This thesis deals with the problems of modeling and simulation of transport describes the mathematical models and algorithms that are used in software products dealing with this issue. It also describes basic software solutions for modeling transport simulation.
It also provides guidance as to create the software VISUM model traffic load in the electronic annex is attached project Poruba district of Ostrava. It also provides guidance for micro-simulation software VISSIM and example of the model of crossroads streets which names Sokolská street, Muglinovská street and Hlučínská.
