Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create an organizational directive for the education and training of employees in the field of occupational health and safety in a company dealing with the sale of building materials. To find and describe the safety risks in the sale of such commodities, especially in connection with its handling during loading and folding, its actual storage, all in a specific enterprise Stavebniny Hana Št'astná, Libice nad Doubravou. The inspection will be carried out mainly on the material sold, which, by its size, weight, shape, form of storage, specific handling or other significant character, is a potential source of danger for employees or customers moving around the undertaking. The inspection will result in the documentation of the identified faults or deficiencies, and a proposal for their correction or completion to comply with Czech law and storage regulations
