Abstract

The aim of this work was to determine the optimal inventory management for the company Strojírny Třinec and buildings, a.s. The company has evaluated the entire inventory control system. At the beginning introduces the company, which is divided into manufacturing operations and product range. In the theoretical part I introduced the characteristics of the stocks and their division alone inventory management, which includes methods and procedures. The Company is applied methods ABC, XYZ with which were the results divided into groups that are important to society. Based on the obtained values it was proposed optimum inventory management.
