Analýza stávajícího systému vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The diploma work deals with the analysis of development of the education of employees in the company, Beskydský Hotel Relax PLC. The theoretical part is dedicated to defining of education, process of learning, specific learning methods both at school and work. The analytic part presents the questionnaire survey of the contemporary state of the educational developing system of employees in the Beskydský Hotel Relax PLC. The used educational methods are found from the survey data, as well as the satisfaction of the employees and possibilities of their further education in the organization. The final part evaluates the educational system and gives some suggestions how to improve the contemporary state of education and development of the employees and increase of their satisfaction.
