Problematika managementu mládežnických týmů ve futsalu

Abstract

Má bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku managementu mládežnických týmů ve futsalu. V teoretické části definuji významné pojmy, pro mou práci. Patří mezi ně sport, futsal, management, manažerské funkce a metody potřebné k praktické části. Výzkumné šetření provádím ve futsalovém klubu FC Tango Brno a zaměřuji se hlavně na juniorské týmy. Popisuji organizační strukturu a funkce jednotlivých pozic managementu. Dále se zabývám samotnými juniorskými týmy U-16 a U-18 v klubu, trenérskou činností, skautingem a výsledky týmů. V části práce informuji o získávání financí pro klub a jeho mládež. Praktickou část uzavírá rozhovor se sekretářem klubu a trenérem juniorského týmu U-16. Poté shrnuji nejpodstatnější výsledky šetření a na závěr sepisuji některé návrhy a doporučení.

My thesis is focused on management of youth teams in futsal. The theoretical part defines important concepts for my work. These include sport, futsal, management, managerial functions and methods needed for the practical part. In this research I perform in a futsal club FC Brno Tango and focuses mainly on the junior teams. Describe the organizational structure and functions of management positions. Further engage the junior teams U-16 and U-18 club, coaching, scouting and team results. In part to inform the acquisition finance for the club and its youth. The practical part is concluded with an interview with the club secretary and coach of junior team U-16. Summarize the most important results of the investigations and the conclusion drawn up some proposals and recommendations.
