Abstract

Design of Optimalization of Inventory in Ski and Trekking Sticks Production

In accordance with the specifications of this thesis it is focused on optimizing the key stocks in manufacturing company Ltd. Birki. Bachelor thesis contains a breakdown of production items to major and minor items based on Pareto and XYZ analysis and design of appropriate methods of storage of these items using special colored storage boxes. This work used a simple system of material kanban cards.
