Správa rekreačních obcí

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je charakterizovat rekreační obce, jejich fungování a poukázat na nedostatky v české legislativě, co se týče správy obcí s rekreační funkcí, na pozitivní a negativní stránky této funkce a dopady rekreační funkce na hospodaření obce a občany. Konkrétně je tato práce zaměřena na obce Soběšovice a Lučina, což jsou dvě sousední obce v Moravskoslezském kraji patřící do okresu Frýdek-Místek, které leží na pravém a levém břehu Žermanické přehrady. Následně jsou uvedena doporučení, která by měla vést ke zlepšení správy rekreačních obcí, jak z hlediska hospodaření obce, tak také k rozšíření a využitelnosti obce pro rekreaci.

The goal of this bachelor's thesis is to present how the recreation villages look like, including their functioning and the imperfections in the Czech legislation concerning the administration of the recreation villages. It demonstrates the differencies between village and the recreation village. The positive and negative sides of this function and what is the effect of this on management of the village and the citizens. Specifically, this thesis is concentrated on Soběšovice and Lučina, the two neighbouring villages in Moravian-Silesian region which belong to the Frýdek-Místek district. It is situated on the left and right shore of the Žermanice dam. Afterwards, the recommendations are mentioned which can lead to better administration of the recreation villages. Both from the management point of view and from the extending and applicability of the village for the recreation.
