Abstract

My bachelor thesis relates to employee recruitment and selection process. In the preface I outlined the importance of the topic. In the theoretical part I focused on technical bibliography´s data processing. In the practical part I analysed present employee recruitment and selection process in the company. At the end of my thesis I suggested recommendations for improvement, that can help HR to optimise the whole recruitment system in the company.
