Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on employee satisfaction with ABB Group's approach to home office. The introductory part deals with the theoretical framework of the topic. It primarily defines psychosocial risks, explains how they arise, outlines methods and guidelines for their assessment, and discusses their close connection to employee well-being. All of these aspects are described in detail. The second part of the thesis is dedicated to the practical section, which includes a characterization of the ABB Group. This is followed by a description of the methodology and the main objectives of the study, which leads into an evaluation of the questionnaire survey. The survey was conducted to determine whether employees are satisfied with the company’s approach to working from home. The final part of the thesis presents recommendations for optimizing the organization's home office strategy.
