Abstract
The subject of this thesis is to assess the pre-selection and selection criteria of employees in a selected company. The selected company is called 21 Consult group, s.r.o. which is engaged in recruitment of rank and file and managerial positions. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part focuses on the criteria of pre-selection and selection of employees based on professional publications, including the methodology and methods of preparing the thesis. The practical part presents the company 21 Consult group s.r.o., its vision, objectives, organizational structure and criteria for pre-selection and selection of employees. Subsequently, the pre-selection and selection of employees will be analysed, including the methods of thesis preparation. Finally, recommendations for its improvement will be proposed.
