Zadávání veřejných zakázek městem Kopřivnice

Abstract

The subject of my thesis is public procurements, their placement, evaluation and financing. I focus on placement of public procurements, assigned by the Department of Development of the city Kopřivnice in 2008-2011. The public procurements created by Department of Development of the city Kopřivnice are specified by internal directive No. 2/2011 that deals with public contracts of a smaller extent, and gives the obligation to present these contracts on the city's website. The second chapter covers the basic terms, related to public procurement, such as ordering client, contractor, subcontractor, and others. In the second chapter the public procurements are divided according to the type of public procurement and the type of contract proceedings. The third chapter deals with the analysis of the city of Kopřivnice, namely the Department of Development of Kopřivnice. This includes methods of procurement within the Department of Urban Development of Kopřivnice. The fourth chapter deals with the evaluation criteria and their significance. Sources of financing public procurement of city’s Development of Department are depicted in detail. The chapter also mentions the amendment of Law No. 55/2012 Coll. on public contracts and amendments thereby, which are valid from 1.4.1012.
