Abstract

Nowadays, it´s very important to know what is the meaning of a company, what are its vision, mission and goals. Many companies still have no idea, what a strategic management is and how to do a strategic analysis. It is important to know what the business environment is, where the business is located and be able to analyze the external and internal environment. It is important to know your current competition, your potential competition and possible substitutes also. The goal of this thesis is to make the strategic analysis of the company FGH, s. r. o. and use methods and techniques for the analysis. The results of this analysis are recommendations and suggestions, which should lead to an improvement of the current situation of the company.
