dc.description.abstractPráce pojednává o správě Městského obvodu Poruba. Nejprve charakterizuje její obecné pojmy, obecního zřízení a jeho orgánů, statutární město. Charakterizuje správu městského obvodu z obecného hlediska, dle uspořádání městských odvodů . Další část této bakalářské práce je zaměřena na podrobnou analýzu složení správy Úřadu městského obvodu Poruba a jeho porovnání s Úřadem městského obvodu Ostrava – Jih. V závěru hodnotím stávající stav správy městského obvodu.cs
dc.description.abstractThe work itself deals with the Authorities of city district Ostrava Poruba. First, it describes its general concept, general constitution and its authorities, corporate town. It describes authorities of city district from general point of view, according to arrangement of city districts. The next part of this bachelor´s task is aimed on detailed analysis of structure of the Authorities of city district Ostrava Poruba and its comparing it with the Authorities of city district Ostrava South. At the end I evaluate current aspect of the authorities of city district.en
