Abstract
Intellectual capital in an organization is one of the most important things organizations have. By investing in learning, we not only enrich the organization as such, but employees have the opportunity for self-realization, they can gain a sense of importance and are thus motivated. Every organization should invest in training and development in the long term, it should not be just a one-time thing.
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to assess and design a system of training and development of managers at the university.
The first part, i.e. the theoretical basis of training and development, consists of many chapters, which explain the essential concepts and procedures on this topic. The practical part characterizes the university, both from the organizational and historical point of view. It describes the current state of training and development of managers at the university and also lists possible solutions to improve the training system.
