Abstract

SUROVÍKOVÁ, S.: Apartment building Opava-Předměstí: Bachelor thesis. Klára Frolíková Palánová, Ph.D. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaboration of partial project documentation for the construction implementation of an Apartment building Opava – Předměstí according to Decree no. 499/2006 Sb. (as amended later regulations) about buildings documentation. The basis for the elaboration of the bachelor thesis was an architectural study from the subject Studio creation I completed in the academic year 2017/2018 and from documentation for the building permits elaboration in the subject Studio creation Va in the academic year 2019/2020 was used. The first part of the work contains text documentation, which is part of the accompanying report and a technical report of the architectural and construction solution. The second part of the work contains drawing documentation, which is processed on the basis of the assignment of a bachelor thesis with a specialization in Civil Engineering. Since the original stuies, the resulting object has not changed in many ways. There have been only minor adjustments since the original design. The main goal of the bachelor thesis was to design a building which does not disturb the surrounding buildings, offers cheap housing and naturally fit into the environment.
