Abstract
In the theoretical part were described the basic concepts such as municipality, technical infrastructure, roads and their classification. This thesis dealt with comparisons of financial management of selected municipalities in the area of local roads.The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the financial management of selected municipalities and propose possible solutions to improve transport infrastructure for predetermined hypothesis.
