Životní cyklus malého podnikání ve stavebnictví od jeho založení po současnost

Abstract

This thesis deals with the life cycle of a small construction business from its foundation to the present. In this work there is a characteristic of particular periods of the selected company and analysis of its microenvironment focusing on suppliers, customers, competitors and internal resources. Based on accomplished analysis of the company and evaluation of its current situation possible solutions that would resolve the current crisis are proposed.
